GAP Scandal After Child Labor Report
American fashion brand GAP may return some recent shipments from Indian suppliers following a scandal generated over allegations of employing chld labour in one of its factories. GAP has called for a meeting with domestic vendors to try to stop this international problem.

AA New Route Offers More Choices For Customers
On Sunday, American Airlines, the world’s largest airline and a founding member of the global oneworld alliance, will inaugurate its new nonstop service between New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and London’s Stansted Airport (STN). The flight will be the only transatlantic service between New York and Stansted to offer both Business and Economy class seats.

Rock & Art Charity Auction
The second annual Rock & Art Charity Auction will be Thursday, November 15 at 7:00 pm at the Boston Opera House with art being auctioned to support ABCD. Rock & Art Charity Auction is a Bank of America Pavilion program that pairs visual artists with national touring musicians. Now in its second season, a large-scale painting (30 inch x 30 inch) was created for headlining artists that played the Pavilion’s 2007 concert season. Many paintings have been signed by the performers.

Banksy Rat Could Have Been Bought By Brangelina
Banksy´s spray painted image of a rat with a paint roller took US193,000 before commission at an auction in a London gay bar last night. Rumors say that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt bought the artwork. The "Rat With Roller," from 2006, beat its estimate even before adding the commission. Auction organized by Lazarides Gallery in Soho also included artworks by Damien Hirst. "Brangelina" were not there in person.

Frech footballer and Barcelona forward, Thierry Henry, has launched his own clothing line alongside designer Tommy Hilfiger to raise money for charity. Henry helped design the clothes and modelled the collection in the window of the Regent Street Tommy Hilfiger store in London, UK, causing police to hold back hundreds of fans trying to see him.

France Honors David Lynch And The Police
American film maker David Lynch has been awarded the Legion d'Honneur, the highest civilian honour in France, by President Nicolas Sarkozy. "My French is poor, but my heart is rich today thanks to you," Lynch told the President in halting French after receiving the Legion of Honour. The filmmaker's entry into the prestigious legion came in 2002 when he became a "knight" the first rank of five.
