Art Historians divided by Da Vinci´s hidden messages
Yesterday´s opening of the movie, "The Da Vinci Code" is prompting debate and some protest among theologians and historians over the idea that Jesus might have married. But there is also a debate within the World of Art over whether Leonardo Da Vinci tried to hide secrets in his paintings.

Barnes Foundation´s impressive Collection is moving
A campaign to move the Barnes Foundation's collection of impressionist, postimpressionist and African art to a downtown site has reached its $150 million goal.
The funds ensure the multibillion-dollar collection of Renoirs, Cezannes, Matisses and Picassos will be moved from the limestone gallery the late Dr. Albert Barnes built in the 1920s in affluent Lower Merion Township ...

Holbein reunites royal family
The exhibition at Tate Britain, titled "Holbein in England", will display works by 16th Century court painter Hans Holbein the Younger in September. It will feature 30 portrait drawings, six paintings and several miniatures from the Royal Collection, along with some of Holbein's jewellery designs.

Truck Driver Disappears With Million Dollar Artworks
A delivery driver from West Palm Beach is missing with millions of dollars worth of artwork. Patrick Joseph McIntosh has a criminal record dating back to 1989 with three convictions for trafficking in stolen property and grand theft.

French billionaire Pinault unveils Art Collection
Francois Pinault, the French billionaire owner of department stores as well as Christie´s, Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent, had planned to build his own $195 million museum, designed by Tadao Ando, on an island in the Seine southwest of Paris.
