Ooo: Early Prints by Ed Ruscha
One of today’s most influential and celebrated American artists, Ed Ruscha has been an avid
printmaker for more than forty years. "Ooo: Early Prints by Ed Ruscha", an intimate exhibition
at the Norton Simon Museum, features his early experiments with lithography at the Tamarind
Lithography Workshop in Los Angeles in 1969.

a law clerk. When he was twenty-one years old he became seriously ill. During his recuperation

"Niki & Jean – L'Art et l'Amour", an exhibition dedicated to one of the most notorious
and flamboyant couples in the history of art. From the early 1960s on, Niki and Jean staged
their appearances as the "Bonnie and Clyde of the arts", assuming respectively the roles of
the rebellious aristocrat and the ambitious proletarian.

"In the Alps": The imagery of the Alpine world
From October 06, 2006 until January 02, 2007 Kunsthaus Zürich will show how the Alps have been
seen by experts, artists and amateurs, and thus transformed from a natural feature into a
cultural phenomenon. The exhibition offers a veritably kaleidoscopic view of the topic from
the 17th century to the present day, featuring some 300 items including votive miniatures,
cartographic models and examples of both commercial and fine art.
