Contrasts Gallery, committed to exhibiting work made in China by multi-discipline Chinese and international artists and designers who reflect contemporary Chinese culture, will present new work from both China and the West at Design Miami/Basel 2007. In keeping with its mission of encouraging interaction between the East and West, all of the work has been made in collaboration with traditional Chinese craftsmen and bridges the distinctions between art and design.

Asia´s Most Exciting Art Fair
Korea International Art Fair (KIAF), co-hosted by the Galleries Association of Korea and the COEX Convention and Exhibition Center, began in 2002 with aims to revitalize and boost interest and awareness of Asia´s art market. Korea International Art Fair is emerging as one of the most prominent art fairs in Asia with an average of 150 participating galleries each year. With the number of visitors abad trades increasing each year, KIAF 2006 reached a record US$8 million in estimated sales.

Art Amsterdam, previously known as KunstRAI, will reflect developments in the international art world more than ever. Some 125 galleries from the Netherlands and abroad will display the latest developments in contemporary, international art. The number of foreign galleries has risen to 30, mainly from Belgium, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Switzerland, Poland, Korea and the United States. A striking feature of the show will a surprising range of Asian art: Willem Baars will exhibit works from India, Willem Kerseboom Fine Art will have art from China, Canvas International Art will display work by Japanese artists and Skape Gallery from Seoul will feature Korean artists.

Supported by the Ministry of Culture of The People’s Republic of China, The Fourth Edition of The China International Gallery Exposition (CIGE 2007) will take place on May 2 to 6, 2007, in the Exhibition Hall of The China World Trade Center, Beijing, China. CIGE was launched in Beijing in 2004, on the purpose of "Internationalism, Professionalism and Futurism", exhibiting galleries and art dealers. After three editions CIGE has become the most important art platforms in China and the leading art fair in Asia.
